Vision :
To upliftment ethical and spiritual
standards of student.
Mission :
Ø To ensure ethical,intellectual, education of
students.
Ø To help develop a critical and analytical outlook
among students.
Ø To teach the students the basic interpretive
communication skill and practices of philosophical enquiry.
Programme Outcome (PO) :
The main objective of
Philosophy course is to tact some ultimate question so far as enable students
to lead more sustainable meaningful and worthy life. The programme develops
introspective thinking, analytical abilities of the students and gives an
awareness of a duty to work for justice, compassion and peace. Since topic on Ethics,
Psychology, Logic, 20th century Philosophy and many more present day
relevant philosophical thought are all included in the syllabus, the students
are expected to acquire deep understanding of present relevant philosophical
thought which can help in research and make eligible for higher studies.
Moreover, the philosophy course prepare the students for variety of carrier in
the field like Judiciary, Government, education, social worker etc. And also
helps the students to appear in different competitive examination such as APSC,
UPSC, and Banking etc. and in private sector jobs.
